The French diet for weight loss

third day : Breakfast - black coffee, toast;Dinner - carrots fried in vegetable oil, tomato, tangerine or orange;Dinner - two eggs, low-fat sausage, lettuce.

fourth day : Breakfast - black coffee, toast;Lunch - one egg, fresh carrots, cheese;dinner - fruit salad, yogurt.

sixth day : Breakfast - black coffee;Dinner - boiled chicken, lettuce;dinner - a piece of boiled meat.

seventh day : Breakfast - tea;lunch - boiled meat, fruit;dinner - lean ham or sausage.

eighth day : Breakfast - black coffee;Lunch - two eggs, lettuce, tomato;dinner - a piece of cooked lean meat, lettuce.

During observance of this diet you can drink only boiled water or mineral.The diet can be repeated after six months.
