Lithuanian cold soup

Ingredients:
  • beets - 3 pieces
  • cucumbers - 2 pieces
  • Eggs - 2-3 pieces
  • green onions - 1 Each
  • dill - 1 Each
  • yogurt - 0.8 liter
  • bottled water - 0.5 liters of sour cream
  • - 3 tbsp.
  • spoon salt - 1 Piece (to taste)
instructions

Boil and then cool the beets.Grate the beets in a large pot.Boil the eggs and cut.Add the eggs to the grated beets.Slice the cucumbers and green onions.Add to the pan.Add the chopped dill, a few tablespoons of sour cream.Season with salt.Thoroughly mix.Pour yogurt.Add cold boiled water.Stir.
