Soup with dumplings and cherry

  • cherries - 700 grams
  • sugar - 200 grams
  • starch - 20 grams
  • flour - 100 grams
  • milk - 40 grams
  • egg - 1 Each
  • cream - 100 grams

Remove seeds from 1/2 all cherries.Mash the second half of the cherries with the pits straight.Fill with cold water and cook about 7 minutes.Then, infuse for 30 minutes.Strain the berries through a sieve.Add the sugar in the broth.Bring to a boil and pour a mixture of starch and cooled broth.Again bring to a boil and cool.Knead the dough for dumplings from milk, flour, salt and sugar.It pitted cherries to add a little sugar.Mix the dough with cherries to make dumplings.Boil them in lightly salted water.Allow to cool and pour soup.Serve with sour cream.
