Puree of lentils

Ingredients:
  • lentils -
  • 1 cup carrots - 1 Each
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • cheese - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • thyme - to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste

puree of lentils - a very healthy dish for children.Preparation: Rinse the lentils under cold running water, put in a bowl and cover with water.Leave on for 8-10 hours.In a saucepan, bring salted water to a boil, add the lentils, add the carrots and thyme.Cook until tender.Drain and mix lentils with carrots in a blender until smooth consistency.Mix mashed with finely grated cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
