Salad with green beans and almonds

Ingredients:
  • whole roasted almonds - 1/2 cup
  • soy sauce - 2 tablespoons.spoon
  • green beans - 600 grams
  • sesame oil - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • rice vinegar - 3 tablespoons.spoon
  • cloves garlic - 2 pieces
  • fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped - 2 teaspoons
  • fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (optional) - 1/2 cup
instructions

Lightly fry the almonds in a small saucepan about3 minutes.Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir for 30 seconds.Put in a bowl and refrigerate.Potoloch almonds.Prepare a large bowl of ice water.In a large saucepan of boiling salted water and cook beans, 8 to 10 minutes.After cooking, put the beans in a bowl with ice water.Drain.In a large bowl, combine the sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, ginger and remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.Add the green beans and stir.Serve the salad immediately with toasted almonds and fresh cilantro, if desired.
