Caribbean kebabs

Ingredients:
  • shrimp - 450 Gram
  • red bell pepper - 2 pieces
  • dark rum - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • spoon curry powder - 11/2 teaspoons
  • ground allspice - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • - 1 / 8-1 / 4 teaspoon

Heat the grill to high.Collect 8 skewers, using 2 short skewers per serving and 4 alternating shrimp with 3 slices of pepper on each skewer.Share kebabs in non-metallic dish.In a small bowl whisk together the rum, oil, curry powder, allspice and cayenne pepper.Pour the marinade over the skewers.Let stand 5 minutes.Season with salt.Lightly oil grill.Put the skewers on the grill and cook 2 do3 minutes on each side.Season another salt if necessary.Serve the skewers with the sauce.
