Chicken kebabs with pineapple salsa

  • chicken breasts - 6 pieces (at 180-210 g)
  • maple syrup - 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • - 1/4 cup
  • pineapple juice - 1/4 cup
  • pineapple - 1/2 Pieces
  • jalapeno - 2 pieces
  • small bunch of cilantro - 1 Each
  • small red onion - 1 Each
  • rice wine vinegar (or white vinegar) - 1 teaspoon
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • spoon of salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • banks fried beans - 2 pieces

1. If you are using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for a few hours.Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and strung them on skewers.2. Mix the maple syrup, soy sauce and pineapple juice in a small saucepan.3. Bring it to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook until the liquid is reduced by about a quarter.Cool.4. In a small bowl, mix the chopped pineapple, chopped jalapeno, chopped cilantro, diced red onion, vinegar, sugar, salt and black pepper.Set aside the resulting salsa aside.5. Fry the chicken skewers on grill, brushing at the end of cooking with maple sauce.6. Pu

t the chicken kebabs ready for the dish.Put the salsa on top and serve immediately with fried beans.
