Mini meatballs

Ingredients:
  • lean ground beef - 450 Gram
  • bacon (60 g), finely chopped - 2 slices
  • chopped fresh parsley - 1/4 cup
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 pieces
  • gratedParmesan cheese - 3 tablespoons.spoon
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • large egg - 1 Each
  • ground nutmeg - 1/8 teaspoon
  • salt and pepper - 1 part

Instructions In a large bowl, combine the beef, bacon, parsley, garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbscrackers, egg, nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.Fashion a mixture of 40 meatballs.Arrange the meatballs in a single layer on baking sheet.Put in the freezer for 1 hour.Meatballs Store in an airtight container or sealed plastic bag.Before cooking the meatballs to get out of the freezer, heat the oven to 200 degrees, put meatballs on baking sheet and bake until done, about 15 minutes.
