Skewer shrimp with sesame seeds

  • large shrimp - 24 Pieces
  • soy sauce - 2 tablespoons.spoon
  • wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons.
  • spoons sesame seeds - 1/4 cup
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.Spoon

Clear shrimp.Push for 3 shrimp on each of the eight 15-inch bamboo skewers.Mix the soy sauce and vinegar in a shallow dish, put the sesame seeds on a plate.Dip each shrimp skewers with soy mixture, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.In a large skillet heat the oil over medium heat.Add skewered shrimp and cook about 3 minutes on each side.Put skewers on a plate.Pour the remaining soy mixture into hot skillet and cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens slightly, about 15 seconds.Drizzle with sauce and serve shrimp warm or at room temperature.
