Pork kebabs on the grill with honey, orange and rice

  • dlinnozernenogo white rice - 3/4 cup frozen peas
  • - 300 grams
  • pork tenderloin - 450 Gram

Instructions Preheat oven to 100 degrees and place the pan in the oven.Cook rice according to package instructions.Add thawed peas and stir.Put in the oven to keep warm side dish.Skewered chunks of pork and orange on 8 skewers, alternating, season with salt and pepper.Heat the grill grate with oil and grease.Cooking barbecue from 4 to 6 minutes on each side.Ready skewers put in the oven to keep warm.Coat grill remaining oil and cook the remaining skewers.In a small bowl whisk together honey and mustard and season with salt and pepper.Takeout half the sauce.Put skewers on the grill and pour half the sauce, let it stand for about 2 minutes, until the sauce has drained.Serve kebabs with rice and remaining sauce.
