Skewers of lamb with lemon and cheese sauce

Ingredients:
  • lamb leg - 650 grams (cut into 20 equal parts)
  • lemon - 8 cloves
  • olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • cloves garlic - 4 pieces
  • salt and pepper - - To taste
  • For the sauce: feta cheese - 60 grams
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.Spoon

Heat the grill to high.Slide the meat into 4 skewers and lemon, 5 pieces of lamb and 2 slices of lemon on each.Arrange the skewers in a nonmetallic dish.In a small bowl, whisk oil, lemon juice and garlic.Pour the marinade over the skewers.Let stand at least 5 minutes or cover and refrigerate overnight.Season with salt and pepper.In a blender mix feta cheese, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of water.Season with salt and pepper.Lightly oil grate.Put the skewers on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
