Spicy hummus

Ingredients:
  • Bank (450g) chickpeas (chick-peas) - 1 Each
  • fluid from it -
  • 1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste) - 1/4 cup
  • fresh lemon juice -1/4 cup
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.spoon
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 Each
  • ground anise (optional) - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • - 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • - 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • leaves, finely choppedand whole leaves of cilantro for garnish - 1/4 cup
  • tomato, peeled and very finely chopped - 1 Each
  • green onions, very thinly sliced ​​- 2 pieces
  • salt and pepper - - To taste
Instructions

In a food processor combine the chickpeas, the liquid from the peas, sesame paste, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic, anise (if used), ginger, cumin and whisk until smooth.Put the mass in a bowl and toss with cilantro, tomatoes, green onions, season with salt and pepper to taste.Pour the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter on top of the hummus.Before serving, decorate with leaves of cilantro hummus on request.
