Spicy chicken with sweet peppers

Ingredients:
  • Chicken fillet 500g
  • sweet pepper 1 pc.
  • Onions 2 pc.
  • 2 Garlic clove
  • honey 1 tbsp.l.
  • soy sauce 4 tbsp.l.
  • Curry 2 hours. L.
  • wheat flour 1 tbsp.l.
  • refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp.l.
  • ground black pepper 1 pinch
  • Salt 1 pinch
instructions
  • Step 1 To prepare the chicken, take peppers, 2 small onions, garlic, honey, soy sauce, flour and spices.
  • Step 2 Chicken wash and cut into strips.
  • Step 3 onions cut into thin half-rings, peppers cut into strips.
  • Step 4 In a deep skillet heat the vegetable oil and fry the chicken until white 3-5 minutes, then precipitated with the juice to shift everything in a separate bowl.
  • Step 5 In the same pan fry the onion with sweet pepper until onion is translucent.
  • Step 6 Connect the honey, soy sauce, curry, flour and finely chopped garlic.
  • Step 7 Good Mix everything, add a pinch of black pepper.
  • Step 8 Put the vegetables in the chicken broth, add the sauce.
  • Step 9 Mix everything well (if a little broth, then add 0.5 cups of water), cover and simmer on low heat for 4-7 minutes, gently stirring, until the sauce thickens.
  • Step 10 Then add salt and ground black pepper to taste and serve with a side dish of boiled rice.
