Apricot strudel

Ingredients:
  • puff pastry - 300 grams
  • apricot marmalade - 250 grams
  • almonds - 100 grams (shredded)
  • egg yolk - 1 Each
  • For sweet: sugar - 125 grams
  • milk -250 grams
  • orange peel - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • butter - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • sherry - 125 grams
  • corn flour - 2 teaspoons

Puff pastry carefully rolled to a thickness of 0.3 cm, and then cut a square out of it, see 30h35. Almond mix with marmalade mixture and placeon the dough.The edges are lubricated with beaten egg yolk, then the dough is rolled into a roll, and the edges are bonded.Make incisions around the rolls through every centimeter (just above).Put it on a baking sheet that has been previously wetted with cold water.Bake about 30 minutes at 250 C. For the manufacture of sweets combine the sugar with the milk, warm, then add orange zest, oil, sherry and cinnamon.Bred 2 tablespoons flourwater poured into boiling "milk" and boil until thick, then the peel is removed.Ready pour the sweet roll.
