Apple pie with ginger and cinnamon

Ingredients:
  • for apple fillings: apples - 220 grams
  • sugar - 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • - 2 teaspoons ground ginger

  • For topping: darkbrown sugar - 1/3 cup
  • sugar - 1/3 cup
  • ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • melted butter - 120 grams
  • flour - 1 3/4 cups
  • for pies: sour cream - 1/3 cup
  • egg - 1 Each
  • yolk - 1 Each
  • vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
  • flour - 1 cup of sugar
  • -1/2 cup
  • soda - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon

1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees.Lubricate square pan.To prepare the filling, cut the apple into cubes.Mix sugar, cornstarch and ginger.Set aside.2.
