Oatmeal cookies with milk cream

Ingredients:
  • brown sugar - 1 cup
  • softened butter - 1/2 cup
  • cooking oil - 1/4 cup
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • - 1 teaspoon
  • boiling water - 3 tbsp.spoon
  • soda - 1 teaspoon
  • flour - 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • noodles - 2 cups
  • zephyr Cream (marshmallow) - to taste (1 variant toppings)
  • flour - 5 Art.spoons (Option 2 fillings)
  • milk - 1 cup (2 version of toppings)
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon (Option 2 fillings)
  • butter - 1 cup (2 version of toppings)
  • sugar - 1 cup (2filling option)
instructions

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.Beat brown sugar, butter and cooking oil.2. Add the eggs and beat.Add salt, cinnamon, baking powder and whisk.Mix baking soda and boiling water, then add to the bowl and whisk.3. Add the flour, oatmeal and blend.4. Spoon rounded dough balls on a baking.Bake for 10 minutes.5. Get ready cookies from the oven and let cool on a rack.6. For the 1st option of filling: Coat half biscuit marshmallow cream and press o

n top of the remaining halves.Serve immediately or freeze.7. 2nd variant the filling: in a small saucepan stir the flour into the milk and heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is not very thick.Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.Stir the vanilla extract.Beat butter and sugar together until creamy.Then add the cooled milk mixture completely and beat until smooth, until the mixture is similar to whipped cream.8. Put a small amount of milk cream biscuit in half and press the remaining halves on top of cookies.
