Glazed Chocolate Pie

Ingredients:
  • butter - 3/4 cup (unsalted room temperature, plus oil form)
  • cocoa powder - 3/4 cup
  • flour - 3/4 cup
  • baking powder - 1 /2 teaspoons
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • large eggs - 3 pieces
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon of sour cream
  • - 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • - 1 cup
  • chocolate glaze - - The taste

Instructions Preheat oven to 160 degrees.Oil the baking tin and sprinkle bottom and walls form cocoa.Shake off excess.Sift together the flour with cocoa, baking powder and salt.Electric mixer at high speed beat the butter and 1 cup sugar.Add the eggs one at a time, whisking after each addition.Add vanilla.Reduce speed to low.Add the flour mixture in two parts, alternating with the sour cream.Put the dough into prepared pan.Bake 30 to 35 minutes.Allow to cool in the form of 10 minutes, then overturn on the grill and allow to cool completely.Place rack with cake on a sheet for baking.Pour glaze cake, gently flatten with a spatula or table knife to coat.Let stand about 30 minutes.I

f desired, beat with a mixer cream and remaining 2 tablespoons sugar.Serve the cake with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
