Beef with nectarines

  • soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
  • sugar - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Corn starch - 1 teaspoon
  • Freshly ground black pepper - 1 gram (to taste)
  • Garlic - 1 Each
  • Red onions - 0.5 Stucki
  • Ustrechny vinegar - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • Nectarine - 1 Each
  • Beef - 500 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.spoon

In bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, starch, black pepper and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.Add the meat slices and mix well.Leave to marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature or in the refrigerator overnight.Heat a frying pan and cook over high heat until the water begins to boil and evaporate.Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix well.Add the slices of beef in a pan with one layer, laying slices over the entire surface of the pan.Roast for 30 seconds, turn and cook another half-a-minute, depending on the thickness of the meat.Put the dish, keeping the sauce and butter in a frying pan as possible.Turn on medium heat and add the red onion and garlic.Fry for 1 minute.Then add slices of nectarine

and let fry for about 1 minute.Add the meat back into the pan, add the oyster sauce and pepper.
