Mackerel in foil

  • frozen mackerel - 900-1000 grams (3 small fish)
  • dill, parsley - 100 grams
  • lemon - 1 Each
  • tomato - 1 Each
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • ground pepper - 1 pinch
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
  • spoon Onions - 1 Each

Mackerel clean, wash and gently dry.Rub the mixture of salt and pepper.Greens wash, chop and mash slightly.Onions, tomatoes and a lemon cut into rings or half rings - as you wish.On the back of mackerel make shallow incisions and insert the onion rings, tomato and lemon.Herbs fill the belly of the fish.Foils Apply a small amount of vegetable oil, place the fish on it and tighten.Put the pan with the fish in a heated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.To get a nice golden crust - in 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking, open the top layer of foil.When browned fish - reach for a dish from the oven and enjoy the delicious and tender delicacy!
