  • Mushrooms champignons 400 g

  • 2 Garlic clove
  • Cream 200ml
  • boiled water 1 tbsp.

  • refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp.l.

instructions
  • Step 1 To prepare this dish you will need a turkey fillet, onion, mushrooms, spices and cream of a fat content of not less than 20%.
  • Step 2 Turkey fillet wash, dry and cut into cubes.
  • Step 3 onions cut into half rings, and mushrooms into 4 pieces.
  • Step 4 Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms and onion until soft.
