Japanese cucumber salad

  • Cucumber big - 2 pieces
  • shrimp - 400 grams
  • Rice vinegar - 4 tbsp.
  • spoon soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp.Spoon

Cut cucumbers into thin slices.If you wish, you can make a kind of groove on cucumbers (as pictured), but it is - only for beauty, so optional.Prepare the marinade: mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, powdered sugar, and salt.Mix.Boiled shrimp pour this marinade.Spread on a dish of cucumbers.Shrimp put on a paper towel to stack the excess marinade, and lay on top of cucumber.Sprinkle all dried sesame seeds in a frying pan.Serve chilled.Bon Appetit!
