Pesto di Pistacho

Ingredients:
  • basil - 1 1/2 cups
  • olive oil - 1 cup
  • roasted pistachios - 1 cup cilantro
  • - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • - 1/4 cup lemon
  • peel - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • salt and pepper - - To taste
instructions

Combine in a food processor or processor basil, olive oil, pre-roasted pistachios, coriander, grated parmesan cheese, zestlemon and 3 cloves of garlic - grind everything to a paste, season with salt and pepper.

Servings: 3-4
