Soup repyanye

  • turnips - 2 pieces (150 g)
  • rutabaga - 1/2 pieces (150 g)
  • sauerkraut - 200g
  • cabbage brine - 1/2 cup
  • brew -2 liters
  • onion - 1 Each
  • parsley - 1 Each
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • dill - 1 tbsp.

Repyanye soup - the easiest recipe for Russian soup.From conventional boiling they differ only in the addition of broth rutabagas, turnips and cabbage pickle.Try to cook repyanye peasant soup on kvass.Preparation: Peel and chop the onion and parsley.Add to the pan with the vegetable oil and fry until cooked.Clear clove garlic, crushed and rubbed with salt.Turnips and rutabagas clean and rinse under cold water, then cut into small pieces.In a large saucepan, bring to a boil and brew cabbage pickle.Add turnips and rutabagas in a pan.Add sauteed onions and parsley and sauerkraut.Simmer the soup until the vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.For 5 minutes until cooked add the chopped garlic.Divide soup between the plates, sprinkle with chopped

dill and serve immediately.
