Pumpkin coffee cake

Ingredients:
  • water - 1/3 cup
  • Bank (450 g) pumpkin puree - 1 Each
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • vanilla extract - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • for pumpkin pie spice - 2 teaspoons
  • box (540 g) of flour for the cake - 1 Each
  • soda - 1 teaspoon
  • brown sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 1/2 cup walnuts
  • nuts - 1/3 cup
  • melted butter - 4 tbsp.
  • spoons of sugar - 1/4 cup
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • heavy cream - 1/4 cup

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.In a large bowl, combine the water, pumpkin puree, eggs, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice to.2. Add flour and mix box until uniform.Grease a baking pan with oil and pour it cooked dough.3. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, ground nuts and melted butter.4. Sprinkle top of cake with the mixture.Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.5. To prepare the icing, mix the remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar, granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and heavy cream in a pan and brin

g to boil.Remove from heat and stir until the sugar is dissolved.6. When the cake is ready, prick it with a toothpick.Pour glaze cake to cover the entire surface.Serve the pie warm or at room temperature.
