Cheese biscuits

  • cottage cheese - 250 grams
  • margarine or butter - 200 grams
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • flour - 2 cups
  • soda - 1/2 teaspoon
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • lemon juice - to taste

Cottage cheese biscuits cooked very simply from basic ingredients.Preparation: cottage cheese through a meat grinder Skip or rub through a sieve to avoid lumps.Place the flour in a bowl.Make a well in center of flour and add baking soda, vinegar extinguished it.Add cottage cheese, melted margarine (or butter), egg yolks and mix.Beat proteins with sugar and a few drops of lemon juice into the foam.Add proteins in the curd mixture and knead the dough.Divide the dough in half.Roll each half into a rectangle 1/2 cm thick. Coat the surface of the dough beaten egg whites and fold the dough into a roll.Repeat with the second half of the test.Cut the rolls into slices about 1 cm thick and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Bake in the oven until golden brown.
