Card biscuits with whiskey

Ingredients:
  • butter - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • flour - 3 cups
  • whiskey - 1/3 cup dried currants
  • - 1/2 cup
  • cream - 4 tbsp.spoon (fatty)
instructions

Preheat oven to 170 degrees.Beat butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.Add 1 egg, flour, whiskey and currants.Mix well.Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface 6 mm thick.Cut the cookie the desired shape, in this case shaped card suits.Whisk together the remaining egg and cream in a small bowl, mix cookie grease.Share on baking sheet at a distance of 3 cm from each other.Bake until golden brown, about 12 to 15 minutes.Allow to cool on the baking sheet.Cookies can be stored in a tightly sealed container at room temperature up to 2 days.
