Lemon-blueberry pie

Ingredients:
  • flour - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • sticks softened butter - 1/2Stucki
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • vanilla extract - 1/4 teaspoon
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • lemon peel - 1 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 Each
  • buttermilk -
  • 1/2 cup blueberries - 150 grams

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.Shots baking pan with parchment paper and sprinkle it with oil.Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.Set aside.2. Beat the softened butter and 2/3 cup of sugar with a mixer at medium speed, about 2-3 minutes.Add vanilla extract, lemon juice and lemon zest.Add egg and beat well.3. Continuing whisking on low speed, add the flour mixture in three waves, alternating it with the buttermilk.4. Add the blueberries and mix gently with a spoon.Put the dough into the prepared baking pan, smooth the surface.Sprinkle 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar, the cake turned out slightly crispy on top.5. Bake the cake in the oven until golde

n brown, 20 to 25 minutes.Allow to cool in a mold for 10 minutes, then turn on the stand and cool for 10-15 minutes.Invert onto a plate and cut into 8 slices.Serve the pie with whipped cream, if desired.
