Cake with blueberries and brown sugar

  • flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • baking powder - 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/8 teaspoon (plus a pinch)

1. Put the dough a quarter of the beaten egg whites and mix large rubber spatula.Gradually add the remaining whites.Put the dough into prepared pan.Bake the c

ake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown, long thin knife inserted in center of cake comes out clean.Put the form on a rack and allow the cake to cool in the mold for about 30 minutes.3. Next, remove the cake from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into 5 cm squares and serve warm.Store cake at room temperature for 3 days.You can also wrap the cake tightly and freeze it for up to 2 months.
