Chocolate tart with a heart

  • dark chocolate - 200 grams
  • butter - 200 grams
  • sugar - 1 1/3 cups (250 grams)
  • large eggs - 5 pcs
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • spoon powdered sugar, for sprinkling - to taste

1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees.To oil a round baking pan with parchment paper and pave oiled paper.Butter cut into cubes of 1 cm. Finely chop the chocolate knife.2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring constantly.Add the sugar in the chocolate mixture and stir.3. Then add the eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition.Then add the flour.The dough should be smooth and dark.4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes.5. Allow the cake to cool in the form at the front for 10 minutes, then carefully remove the cake onto a large platter.Allow to cool completely.6. Cut out the parchment paper heart-shaped pattern, as shown in the photo.Place the template on top of the cake.7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar - heart ready.8. Cut the cake int
