Recipe garlic cheese bread

  • Cheddar cheese - 3 cups
  • Monterey Jack cheese - 3/4 cup
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • - 1/2 cup green onions
  • - 4 pieces
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • crusty French bread - 1 Each
  • sticks of butter - 1 Each
  • garlic - 4 cloves

1. Preheat oven to 230 degrees.Finely chop the garlic.Grind the white and light green part of onions.Mix three kinds of cheese with mayonnaise and green onions.Add a pinch of salt to taste.The mixture can be stored in a refrigerator until use.2. Cut the crisp French bread in half, then each half of bread cut in half again.Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet and add the minced garlic 1/4.3. Put a quarter of bread in the pan, allowing it to absorb the oil and garlic flavor.Toast the bread until golden brown.Repeat the same with the remaining oil, garlic and bread.4. Put the cheese mixture on the warm bread and bake in the oven at 230 degrees until the cheese melts and starts to boil, about 10 minutes.Ready to remove the bread from the oven, c
