Egg soup in the Roman style

Ingredients :
  • eggs - 4 pieces
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 4 tbsp.spoon
  • zest of 1 lemon - 1 Each
  • broth - 1 liter ( homemade )
  • salt - 1 Each
instructions

In a bowl, beat eggs , cheese , salt and zest .Boil the broth and slowly pour the egg mixture while stirring rapidly , sharing smys lumps on the small size .Serve hot adding a pinch of grated nutmeg (optional )
