Salad with chicken, peppers and carrots

Ingredients:
  • Chicken - 100 grams
  • carrots - 100 grams
  • sweet pepper - 100 grams
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • Smetana - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • Sol - 1 pinch of thyme

engaged ingredients: carrots cut into julienne (you can grate), peppers cut into thin slices.Chicken fillet cut into small pieces - as in the photo.In a frying pan warm up butter, to put our chicken.Fry for 3-4 minutes on all sides.Chicken should get completely ready and slightly crispy - so delicious.Mix the chicken with chopped vegetables and garlic squeezed.Fill with sour cream, salt to taste and add thyme.Done!
