Ingredients:
  • White beans dry 200 g
  • Carrot 1 pc.
  • Tomato juice 100ml
  • tomato paste 2 tbsp.l.
  • refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp.l.
  • fresh Parsley 0.5 beam
  • Bay leaves 2 pcs.
  • ground black pepper 1 pinch nutmeg
  • ground 0.5 h. Liter.
  • Clove powder 0.5 h. Liter.
  • Coriander 0.5 h. Liter.
  • Asafetida 0.25 h. Liter.
  • Fenugreek (Shambhala) seeds 0.25 h. Liter.
  • pinch of salt 2
instructions
  • Step 1 To prepare the soup will need beans, carrots, tomato paste, tomato juice, vegetable oil, spices and herbs.
  • Step 2 beans soak for 2 hours in cold water, then pour the new water and boil until tender 25-40 minutes (the beans should be soft).
  • Step 3 carrots cleaned and cut into small cubes.

  • Step 6 Put in a pot pre-cooked beans, fried carrots, tomato paste, tomato juice and add water to desired consistency (about 1 liter).
  • Step 7 Bring everything to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
