Pear Jam

  • Flesh pears - 4 cups
  • Sugar - 5 cups
  • Lemon - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • Pectin - 2-3 Art.spoons

We clean ripe pears and finely cut pieces.Pears in a pan a little crush crush to get juice.Add the pectin and lemon juice.Herewith mass to boil.Add sugar stirring constantly, bring to a boil and cook over low heat.That jam is not foamed, can add a bit of butter or margarine.Aha!little secret!Jam boil for 5 minutes.Jam should be a consistency in the photo.readiness check: if a drop on a cold plate of jam does not spread, then it is ready.Rolls.Bon Appetit!
