Blueberry cake with yogurt

Ingredients:
  • room temperature butter - 1/2 cup (plus 2 tablespoons)
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • large eggs - 2 pieces
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon flour
  • - 1 1/4 cups
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon soda
  • - 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • conventional low-fat yogurt -
  • 1/2 cup blueberries - 1 cup light
  • -korichnevogo sugar - 1/2 cup
  • cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • nutmeg - 1/2 teaspoon
  • walnuts - 1 cup
instructions

1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.Greased and lightly floured square size of 20 cm. In a large bowl, beat with a mixer 1/2 cup butter with sugar until creamy.Add the eggs and vanilla extract, beat.2. In a medium bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.Mix with oil mixture.Add the yogurt and mix.Gently stir the batter with blueberries.3. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and chopped walnuts.4. Put half of the dough into prepared pan.5. Sprinkle the dough half the nut mixture and top with the remaining batter.6. Mix the remaining nut mixture a

nd 2 tablespoons butter.Sprinkle mixture on top of dough.7. Bake the cake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
