Kolach

Ingredients:
  • dry yeast - 3.5 teaspoon
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • milk - 1.25 cup (warm)
  • flour - 5 cups
  • eggs - 4 pieces
  • powdered sugar - 1 cup
  • butter - 200 grams
  • cheese filling: cottage cheese or Italian ricotta - 1 Kilogram
