Chicken pie

Ingredients:
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • carrots - 2 pieces (peel and chop)
  • red onion - 1/2 pieces (cut)
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • spoon chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
  • - 1/4 teaspoon
  • peas - 1 cup
  • Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • cauliflower - 1/4 pieces (cut)
  • celery- 2 pieces (cut)
  • chicken breast - 2 pieces (diced)
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 1/4 teaspoon
  • skim milk - 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • -2 tbsp.spoon
  • puff pastry - 1 Thing (roll 4 large sheets)
instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.2. Put in a pan cabbage, carrots, celery and onions.Cook 8 to 10 minutes, until the vegetables soften.Sprinkle the chicken with flour, salt, ground red pepper and season with black pepper and paprika.Put the chicken in the pan.Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring a few times.3. Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.Stir often, until the sauce becomes thick.Add peas, mayonnaise and mustard.Cook for about 10 minutes.Place 1 sheet of dough on a b

aking sheet.Cover with a first layer of vegetables and chicken.Cover with a second sheet of dough and put another layer of chicken and vegetables.The last layer of filling to cover the test.Bake for 10 minutes.
