The recipe for the pie "14 Karat"

Ingredients:
  • sugar - 11/3 Glass
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • egg whites - 2 pieces
  • unsweetened applesauce - 1/2 cup
  • canola oil - 1/3 cup flour
  • - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 cup of soda
  • - 11/2 teaspoons
  • salt - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • - 1 teaspoon
  • ground allspice - 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • -1/4 teaspoon
  • grated carrots - 3 cups
  • ounces low-fat cheese - 6 pieces
  • softened butter or margarine - 1 tbsp.
  • spoon vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • powdered sugar - 3 cups
  • chopped walnuts - 1/4 cup coconut
  • - 3 tbsp.spoon

In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients until smooth.Connect the flour, baking soda, salt and spices, add the egg mixture and mix well.Add the carrots and raisins.Pour into a baking dish coated with nonstick food spray.Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.Cool on a wire rack.For the glaze in a bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until smooth.Hammer sugar.Pour glaze cake.Sprinkle with nu

ts and coconut.Cool.
