Cake with strawberries and cream cheese

  • cottage cheese - 250 grams (plus 250 g stuffing)
  • butter - 250 grams
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • sugar - 100 grams
  • baking powder - 2 teaspoons flour
  • -400 grams
  • vanilla - to taste (stuffing)
  • powdered sugar - to taste (from 100 g sugar) filling)
  • strawberries - 400 grams (stuffing)
  • starch - 1 tbsp.spoon (filling)

1. Mix in a bowl of cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and melted in a water bath of butter.2. Add the baking powder and flour.Knead the dough is not too steep.3. Prepare the filling.Mix the cottage cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.Preheat oven to 180 degrees.Grease a baking pan with oil and pave baking paper.Put the dough into a mold and make the bumpers on the edges.You can leave a little dough to decorate the cake.4. Put the dough in the curd, followed by strawberries.Sprinkle with starch.5. Garnish with remaining strips of pie dough.6. Bake the cake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
