Pie with cinnamon custard

  • drive savory pastry - 1 Each
  • flour for sprinkling - - To taste
  • heavy cream - 2 cups milk
  • - 2 cups
  • vanilla pod - 1 Thing (divided into seeds andpod)
  • cinnamon sticks - 2 pieces
  • ground cinnamon - 1/8 teaspoon (plus cinnamon for sprinkling)
  • large egg yolks - 12 pieces (room temperature)
  • sugar - 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • -2 teaspoons

Instructions Preheat oven to 160 degrees.Roll out the shortcrust pastry on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 3 mm.Put the dough in the shape of a diameter of 22 cm, even the edges.Cover the dough with parchment paper and bake until golden brown edges, about 25 minutes.Remove the parchment to bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.Put the cake on the grill and allow to cool completely.Boil the cream, milk, vanilla pod and seeds, cinnamon sticks and ground cinnamon in a medium saucepan over medium heat.Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 20 minutes.Remove the vanilla pod and cinnamon sticks.Whisk together the egg yolks and sugar

with a mixer at medium speed for about 2 minutes.Add the hot cream mixture and cornstarch.Whisk until the mixture is smooth.Pour the mixture through a fine sieve for chilled pie crust.Bake the cake about 50 minutes.Share on grill and allow to cool completely.Cool in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight (the best).Before serving sprinkle the top of the cake a little ground cinnamon.
