Strawberry cake with vanilla

  • unsalted butter, room temperature - 6 Art.spoons
  • flour - 1 1/2 cups
  • baking powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • sugar - 1 cup (plus 2 tablespoons)
  • large egg - 1 Each
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • strawberries - 450 Gram

1. Strawberries Wash, peel and chop.Preheat oven to 175 degrees.To oil a round baking pan.2. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt together in a small bowl.In another large bowl of an electric mixer beat the butter and 1 cup sugar, about 3 minutes.Add the egg, milk and vanilla extract and mix.3. Gradually add the flour mixture into the egg mixture and stir until smooth.Pour the batter into the prepared form.4. On top of the dough to put a strawberry in a single layer cut down as close as possible to each other.Slices may overlap.Sprinkle berries remaining 2 tablespoons sugar.5. Bake the cake for 10 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 160 degrees and bake the cake until golden brown, about 50-60 minutes.Give

the cake to cool in the form at the front.6. Then, remove from the mold and cut into pieces.Serve the pie with whipped cream.The cake can be stored at room temperature for 2 days.
