The recipe for the pie with prunes

Ingredients:
  • prunes - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 3 pieces
  • canola oil - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • soda - 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • -1 teaspoon
  • allspice - 1 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Buttermilk - 1 cup
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • For glaze: sugar - 1 cup buttermilk
  • - 1/2 cup
  • soda - 1/2 teaspoon
  • white corn syrup - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • butter - 1/4 cup vanilla
  • - 1/2 teaspoon
instructions

1. Preheat oven to 145 degrees.Share prune casserole, add water, cover and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.Remove from heat, drain and mash in a bowl.Set aside.2. Mix the butter, sugar and eggs.In a separate bowl, sift together the dry ingredients.Mix the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, add the buttermilk and vanilla and mix gently.3. Add mashed prunes and gently mix until uniform.Do not whip!Put the dough in a baking pan and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.4. To make the icing, mix the sugar, buttermilk, baking soda, corn syrup, butter and vanilla in a medium saucepan over medium heat and brin

g to a slow boil.Cook without stirring for 5-7 minutes until the glaze thickens.5. Remove the cake from the oven and immediately pour the glaze cooked.Smooth surface.Give a little stand and serve hot cake.
