Apple pie with nuts

Ingredients:
  • crust pie - 1 Each
  • apples - 3-5 pieces (For the filling :)
  • brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 1/2 cup flour
  • - 1Art.
  • spoon heavy cream - 1 cup
  • vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • - 1/8 teaspoon
  • butter - 7 Art.spoons (for sprinkling :)
  • flour - 3/4 cup
  • sugar - 1/2 cup pecans
  • - 1/4 cup salt
  • - - To taste
instructions

1. Preheat the oven to190 degrees.Roll out the dough for the pie and put it into the form.Decorate the edges if desired.Peel and thinly slice the apples.Put apple slices in a large bowl.2. In a separate bowl, mix cream, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, vanilla and cinnamon.3. Pour the prepared mixture of apples.Put apple mixture on top of dough.4. In the bowl of a food processor (or by hand), mix the butter, flour, sugar, pecans (crush them if you do not use a food processor) and salt.Put the resulting mixture over the apples.5. Cover the cake loosely with foil and carefully secure the edges.Bake the cake in the preheated oven fo

r one hour.After remove the foil and bake until golden brown.It can be baked for 15 or 20 minutes longer, if necessary.6. Remove the cake from the oven.Give a little bit cool.Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
