Upside down pear cake with saffron

Ingredients:
  • vegetable oil cooking spray - 1 Each
  • saffron - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • unsalted butter, softened - 1/4 cup pear
  • (180-210 g each)- 2 pieces
  • flour - 11/3 cups
  • baking powder - 11/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon of low-fat buttermilk
  • - 3/4 cup
  • vegetable oil - 1/4 cup
  • large eggs - 2 pieces
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • finely chopped ginger - 2 tablespoons.spoon
instructions

Preheat oven to 175 degrees.Oil the baking tin.Set aside.Grind and mix the saffron and 1/4 cup sugar.Add butter and beat with a mixer at high speed for about 3 minutes.Using a small spatula, put the mixture into the prepared pan.Peel and cut the pears into slices.Decorative arrange pears on top of the mixture in the form of saffron, sugar and butter.Mix together the flour, remaining 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, ground ginger and salt in a large bowl.Whisk buttermilk, oil, eggs and vanilla in another bowl.Mix both mixtures.Add ginger.Pour the dough into a pear.Bake

40 to 45 minutes.Allow to cool for 5 minutes.Invert the cake onto a plate and serve.
