Apple cobbler with sweet potatoes

Ingredients:
  • light brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • lemon peel - 1 Each
  • lemon - 1/2 Pieces
  • cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • apples - 5 pieces
  • For the top: butter - 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • - 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • sweet potatoes - 2 pieces
  • whole milk - 2/3 cup
  • stick of melted butter - 1/2 Pieces
  • flour - 11/4 cup baking powder
  • - 3 1/2 teaspoon
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • spoon of salt - 3/4 teaspoon
instructions

1. Clean and finely chop the apples.Peel and cut sweet potatoes.Preheat oven to 190 degrees.In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes with 3 teaspoons of melted butter, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.Mix together until potatoes are well coated with mixture.2. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet with a silicone mat.Cover loosely with foil and bake 20 minutes, until tender.Make puree and set aside.3. In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, lemon zest and cinnamon for filling.4. In a skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter over high heat.Add apples.Fry, stirring occasionall

y, for 5 minutes, until tender.Carefully add to sugar mixture and mix.5. Put the mixture into the baking dish, cover and keep warm.6. In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup sweet potatoes, milk, honey and butter.7. Sift together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.Add to potato mixture.8. Gently mix all the ingredients together to form soft dough.9. Put the potato mixture over the apple mixture.10. Bake until golden brown top, 35-40 minutes.Let stand 15 minutes before serving.Serve with vanilla ice cream.
