Pie with spinach

Ingredients:
  • spinach - 300 grams
  • butter - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • onion - 1 pieces (diced)
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • ricotta cheese - 1 cup
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • egg whites - 2 pieces
  • parsley - 2 tablespoons.spoon
  • fennel - 1/4 cup
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 cup
  • cumin - 1/4 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • - 1/4 teaspoon
  • filo dough - 8pieces (sheets)

Instructions Preheat oven to 190 degrees.Coarsely chop the spinach, set aside.Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.Add onion and garlic, cook until soft, about 3 minutes.Add spinach, roast bright green color, about 2 minutes.Put the mixture into a colander to cool.Lightly press the paper towels to remove excess liquid.In a medium bowl, mix ricotta, eggs, egg whites, parsley, dill, parmesan, thyme, salt and pepper.Add to the cooled mixture spinach aside.Dampen a kitchen towel with water, wring out well.Put the dough on the work surface.Cover with plastic wrap and then with a towel.Lightly sprinkle baking pan with oil.Get 1 sheet of

dough, put in the prepared pan and lightly drizzle with oil.Repeat with remaining sheets, sprinkling butter each sheet.Spread the filling on top.Bake until golden brown, about 1 hour.Allow to cool for 15 minutes, cut and serve.
