Italian cake in the pot

Ingredients:
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • medium onion - 1 Each
  • carrots - 2 pieces
  • salt and pepper - - To taste
  • ground beef - 450 Gram
  • tomato sauce - 2 cups
  • flour - 1 cup
  • grated Parmesan cheese -1/4 cup
  • baking powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • crushed dried rosemary - 1/4 teaspoon
  • oil - 4 tbsp.spoon
  • whole milk - 1/2 cup
instructions

Preheat oven to 220 degrees.In a large skillet heat the oil over medium heat.Add the onions and carrots, season with salt and pepper.Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 6 to 8 minutes.Add ground beef and cook, mashing the meat with a wooden spoon, until it becomes pink, 3 to 5 minutes.Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens, about 8 to 10 minutes.Set aside.In a small bowl, whisk the flour mix, cheese, baking powder, rosemary and 1/2 teaspoon salt.Make a hole in the center and add butter and milk.Stir.Spoon meat mixture into 4 pot, pour batter on top.Bake until golden brown, 10 to 12

minutes.
