Spaghetti with squid

Ingredients:
  • Olive oil - 50 milliliters
  • fennel bulbs - 1 Each
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • fennel seeds - 2 tsp
  • dry white wine - 1 cup
  • Chili - 1 Each
  • Squids - 4 pieces
  • Spaghetti - 450 Gram
  • Salt and pepper - - To taste fresh parsley
  • - - To taste
  • lemon (zest) - 1 Each
instructions

These are our ingredients.Engaged ingredients - finely chopped fennel, chili peppers and garlic.Squid also cut into small pieces - as in the photo.In a frying pan warm up the olive oil.Throw to fennel, fennel seeds and garlic.Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.Parallel to this, we begin to cook spaghetti.Add the wine to the pan, and chili squid.Add spices and simmer until the liquid is almost completely evaporated.When the pasta will be ready al dente (cooked, but not seethe) - mix them with this sauce, pour olive sauce and sprinkle with fresh herbs.Good appetite!:)
