Lasagna rolls

Ingredients:
  • butter - 2 tbsp.
  • spoon flour - 4 teaspoons
  • whole milk - 1 1/4 cups
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • - 1 pinch
  • climbing: Cheesericotta - 450 Gram
  • spinach - 300 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 cup
  • bacon - 330 Gram
  • egg - 1 Each
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • - 1/2 teaspoon
  • olive oil - 1-2 tbsp.spoons
  • plates of lasagna - 12-15 Pieces
  • Bank (600 g) marinara sauce - 1 Each
  • packaging mozzarella - 1 Each

1. Thinly slice the bacon.Grate the cheese on a grater.To make the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.Add the flour and beat for 3 minutes, until nicely browned.Add the milk.Increase the heat to high.Stir the sauce until it reaches the boiling point, density, about 3 minutes.Add salt, pepper, nutmeg in the sauce.2. Preheat oven to 230 degrees.Mix the ricotta, spinach, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, bacon, egg, salt and pepper in a small bowl.3. Add 1-2 tablespoons oil in a large pot of boiling salted wat

er.Boil lasagna until it will not stay a little hard.Drain.Share lasagna in a single layer on a baking sheet onto waxed paper to prevent sticking.4. Oil the baking tin.Drizzle with half the bechamel sauces bottom of the form.Share 12-15 plates of lasagna on a work surface and put about 3 tablespoons of the cheese mixture on each plate.5. Starting at one end, roll up each lasagna roll.Put rolls seam side down in baking tins on top of the sauce.6. Pour the remaining sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella and ostavshimimsya 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.Cover tightly with foil.Bake until the sauce begins to bubble, about 20 minutes.Remove foil and bake until the cheese is golden brown, about 15 minutes.Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
