Pasta with chicken, tomatoes and spinach

  • Penne pasta - 450 Gram
  • skinless chicken breasts - 4 pieces
  • salt and pepper - to taste
  • butter - 2 tbsp.
  • spoon of olive oil - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • dry white wine - 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • - 3/4 cup
  • packaging mini spinach - 1 Each
  • cherry tomatoes - 2 cups
  • Parmesan cheese - 120 grams

1. Boil the pasta in lightly salted water according to package instructions.Drain and set aside.Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper.Heat the butter and olive oil over high heat in a large skillet.Add chicken pieces in a single layer and cook 1-2 minutes without stirring.2. Turn the chicken and fry the other side.Fry until cooked, then put the chicken on a plate.3. Reduce heat to medium.Add minced garlic and stir quickly.4. After about 30 seconds, pour the white wine and chicken broth and mix.Bring to a boil and cook until the liquid is reduced by at least half.Turn off the heat.5. y and cooked pasta to the pan.6. Stir until the spinach will not fade.Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and stir.Serve the pasta with extra Parmesan cheese.
